Welcome to SafeKeep Storage. By accessing this website and reserving or renting a unit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information
SafeKeep Storage operates a heated, gated, contactless self-storage facility located at:
1149 Lake Joseph Rd
Seguin, Ontario, P2A 2W8
Canada
By using this website or reserving a storage unit, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Reservations & Payments
2.1 Unit Reservations
Units may be reserved online through our secure rental platform. Availability is limited and based on physical inventory.
2.2 Pre-Opening Reservations
SafeKeep Storage is scheduled to open in Spring 2026. Customers reserving units prior to opening acknowledge that:
• Move-in access will begin once the facility is operational
• Updates will be communicated via email
• Access instructions will be provided prior to move-in
2.3 Payment Terms
• First month’s rent is due at time of reservation
• Ongoing billing is monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Annual discounts may apply where offered
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
Failure to maintain payment may result in restricted access.
3. Account Access & Contactless Entry
SafeKeep Storage operates as a fully contactless facility.
Customers are responsible for:
• Maintaining secure login credentials
• Keeping access codes confidential
• Ensuring authorized users comply with facility rules
Access credentials remain the property of SafeKeep Storage and may be modified or revoked for security or non-payment reasons.
4. Permitted & Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Explosives
• Illegal substances
• Perishable food (unless sealed appropriately)
• Live animals
• Stolen property
Customers are solely responsible for the contents stored in their unit.
5. Security & Liability
SafeKeep Storage provides:
• Gated access
• 24/7 video surveillance
• Well-lit premises
However:
• We do not insure stored contents
• Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage
• SafeKeep Storage is not liable for loss or damage except where required by law
6. Termination of Rental
Rental agreements may be terminated:
• By customer with proper notice
• By SafeKeep Storage for non-payment or violation of terms
Unpaid accounts may be subject to lien procedures in accordance with Ontario self-storage laws.
7. Website Use
Users agree not to:
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website functionality
• Use automated scraping tools
All website content is property of SafeKeep Storage and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
SafeKeep Storage may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updates.
